Price excludes: Transport - airport transfer in air-conditioned van ($ 90 one way)
Laundry, lunch and dinner, drinks other than tea and water. (Lunch and snacks are à la carte, dinner is set 3 or 4 course net $25 per person)
Extra bed for an additional adult person (18 years and above, net $ 90, including breakfast, etc.)
Children: For children under 11 and sharing a room with parents, there is no charge and they dine free. Maximum of two children sharing parent's room. A baby cot is free. (Extra bed for Children 11 to 17 years-old extra net charge $ 70 including breakfast, etc.)
Check in / out: Flexible but expect 12:00 check out if new guest are expected.
Booking and cancellation policy: 50% deposit upon booking. The balance to be paid on departure. In case of cancellation deposit is refundable with minimum of 4 weeks’ notice before arrival. In this case, we will charge $ 50 administration fee per suite booked. Your deposit is non-refundable if notice is given in less than 4 weeks before arrival. Minimum stay of 3 nights during major holidays.
Credit cards accepted: Visa and Mastercard are accepted for initial deposits. The balance is payable on checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
