Net rates	Monthly adjusted, seasonal rates are in US$ include basic room rate, breakfast, local tax and service charges (approx.26%).
Extras	Laundry, lunch and dinner, drinks other than tea and water. Lunch and snacks are à la carte, dinner is daily set 3- or 4-course. For children under 11 and sharing a room with parents, there is no charge and they dine free with parents. Maximum of two children sharing parent's room. A baby cot is free. Extra bed for child 11 to 17 years-old, $70, including breakfast. Extra bed for an additional adult person 18 years and above, $90, including breakfast. Airport transfer approx. $100 one way, on request.
Check in / out	Flexible but expect 12:00 check out if new guests are expected.
Booking / cancellation	50% deposit upon booking (see below). The balance to be paid on departure. In case of cancellation deposit is refundable with minimum of 6 weeks' notice before arrival. In this case we will charge $50 administration fee per suite booked. Your deposit is non-refundable if notice is given less than 6 weeks before arrival.
Creditcards	Visa and Mastercard and Amex are accepted.
